Our events cover four key learning experiences

1. Enterprise – our events are designed to teach students practical business skills in line with the QCA framework on Work Related Learning.

2. Confidence and presentation skills – students are given professional training in presentation skills as we believe improving confidence and self-belief are vital elements in making the transition from education into business.

3. Teamwork and creativity – students work together in non-friendship teams. Each task is designed to promote teamwork and draw out a range of new skills, giving every student a chance to shine.

4. Learning by doing – students are treated as business professionals, undertaking a range of challenges to give practical application to their enterprise skills.
